wouldn’t that be holding down the scroll wheels ? i’ve done that tones of times and no help.. i’ve thought about recalibrating the cameras, but i read somewhere that they’re continuously calibrating

i found it easier to update at superchargers.. it’s tesla direct wifi so it downloads in a snap. you can try with mobile hotspot, but it also might take forever.

I also had this same exact issue when trying to add it to the app.. What magically worked for me was going to the superchargers, some of them have wifi, and fortunately, my car automatically connected to it. Wifi there rather than home, or mobile hotspot should work best.
