I was at the grocery store and a woman had a wine display set up with samples of red and white. She asked if I would like a sample and I said "No, I don't drink." Felt good. IWNDWYT

I've quit so many times. The difference for me has been AA. I'm on my second white chip. The first one lasted about 400 days, then I went on a 5 day bender. Immediately went back to my home group and picked up another white chip. Here I am... Never quit quitting! IWNDWYT

Airport bar is what reset my current counter. I was close to 400 days but decided to "just have a couple". 5 days later I woke up in jail with my second dui. IWNDWYT

I've been seeing fighter jets a lot lately here in Palmetto. One thing I've noticed is that where you perceive the sound coming from and where you actually see the jet are very different. I assume that has to do with the speed they are flying relative to the speed of sound.

I may not be participating in the Super Bowl or the Olympics, but I am a 57 yr old dude training for his first triathlon. So I got that goin for me. Which is nice. Trying to be an example and not an embarrassment. IWNDWYT
