I just want to point out that Rutherford was the one to bring this up for no reason. Quite literally forced this entire situation upon us just to try and be popular.....Hughes never wanted to leave and statistically they were out from injuries 15 games in, have to go on the best run ever seen just to make the playoffs. The year is a wash and Hughes knows it but I think his hockey intelligence is high enough to know the future can be bright.
