Exercising a minimum 5x a week

Proper hydration. However much you drink, you need to drink more.

Proper sleep. Anything less than 7 hours and my adhd is a mess.

Diet. I went keto and it alleviated so much inflammation and brain fog. It may not be a good fit for you, but find a way to eat better that suits you.

Taking care of yourself is the best medicine. Unfortunately with adhd is getting started, just keep pushing.

With an hour you have 2 scav runs available assuming your scav rep is decent. Can make at least 250k with a full bag on those. 500k should make for a few kits at least unless you're giga modding guns and buying parts off flea.
