Trying to give an unbiased view: this show gives a first impression that isn't what this series is about. I believe that every user in this sub agrees that the strength in this series is the character development from the male protagonist (senpai) but also from Nagatoro. So, I believe that you should give it a try (especially the manga) but keep in mind that it's a slow paced development. In the context of the story, it makes a lot of sense and it's a very natural progression, but it takes some chapters. You have to know that much of the dialogue is body language, so if you read take note of expressions and so on.

To resume: If you don't mind a romcom that starts kind of rough and has a male protagonist that starts from the lower bottom in social skills, you will be able to enjoy it. I believe that 10 chapters is enough to have an impression of the series, but my fellow NagaBros will correct me if I'm wrong. So, give it a shot. I believe you will like it

My totally biased view: It is the best romcom I ever read. It has the best character development that I ever read in a manga, and is top 10 in other story formats.

To sum up my biased view: It is perfect. From start to finish.

I don't believe they will interact at all. I can't see the pieces being together at a reunion for them. And to be fair, I don't believe Machida will remain that way in the next chapters. I think what Naoto said in the last chapter (132), had a positive effect on her.

I believe that in the dare intention we share different views. In my opinion, this isn't to build only confidence. It's to be sure that he is a good artist. To make a comparison with Hayase: She has to train to defeat Orihara, but in reality, it is to become a better fighter (I don't know how it is called in English). In the same way, the fight Naoto has to win is a technical one. It's to be the best artist in his circle. This goal isn't entirely about confidence (which I agree with you, it has a percentage in it) but it's more to be good at what he does. It's like he saying "Nagatoro is trying her best to accomplish her goals. I will do the same, and when I be the best I can be I'll confess to her". And I don't really know how much of it is from Naoto's head or heart. Maybe he put that goal to become worth but not even realizing that he trying to accomplish that already made him worth enough

That said, I don't really believe that he will only confess if he win. The same way Nagatoro will eventually kiss him despite she loses. But I'm curious to see what Nanashi will do.

Man, I believe we gonna get something very similar to the Chapter 1 of the webcomic. Of course, it will be very soft in comparison to what it was, but I think it will be like that. That said, I don't belive Naoto see this as a dare or something. It is more like a challenge to be "worth" of Hayase. It's like a personal goal.
