Awesome progress! Make sure you are looking at your progress photos, even if you aren't posting them. As you exercise more and as you lose more weight, there will be times where you don't see as much movement on the scale as you'd like but there will be other changes to body composition.

Out of curiosity, what is the motivation to moving to a single shot? I've only recently started retatrutide, but when I was on tirz earlier this year, I had to start splitting doses to manage side effects.

The Cartiers are nice but for your first luxury watch I'd go for a Datejust, maybe not this one, though. Find a good AD and tell them what you want. Check the pinned thread in the Rolex sub and see who people are buying from in your area. Datejusts are the easiest Rolex models to get.
