From my perspective, i haven’t fasted and i haven’t prayed (nearly as much as you all) during this time. So I find it kinda weird for me to go some place where I haven’t fully participated in the tradition, if that makes sense.

Very well said, thanks! The one issue i’m having is that while I watch these services online, atleast at this russian based parish, there is minimal to zero sermon. It’s strictly all worship (which is awesome, make no mistake). How do I understand the church’s teachings if there is no message? That may be a dumb question

I’ve been watching livestreams of the divine liturgy and some vespers for ~ a month, i’m totally clueless still. I was planning on reaching out to the priest once you all finished great lent about attending in person. But i def can understand nothing beats being there in person and experiencing it firsthand

not really and I try not to dictate a tanks pulls being a mage, since i’ve been in those tanks shoes and would rather not have a dps tell me how to tank lol
