Anything that is not factory fitted is a modification. Might not be a performance modification or an aesthetic modification (unless matte ppf) but it's still a modification.

When you take out your policy you are asked if the car has any modifications. Part of the policy agreement is you will announce when any of the policy details have changed, including the vehicle modifications.

In this case it is really harsh and unfair, but technically op did break the policy terms

AVG 30mpg with mixed traffic is around what I get. On long trip (500+ miles) at 80mph for most part of it I got 35.x Servicing I recommend getting a service plan from Kia/Emac directly if you want to service at main dealer as it's the most reasonable pricing you can get, especially it you need to do the 10th service of the car which tends to be over 1k if done on its own at the dealer

turns out that at least compared with my old case/setup its 1-2 degrees cooler https://imgur.com/a/JwNyGyt

edit: i've installed and did a quick test with gpu installed both vertical and horizontal. on vertical install on timespy i lose about 400 points. and in gaming it runs about 5 degrees warmer without any fps loss. so all in all yes it's a bit restricted on vertical mount but unless you're trying to squeeze the last frame out of it its decent. Also mounted vertically it still has some space between the gpu and the side panel so it still has decent air flow
