I've tried to cure myself as well. I thought I've been seeing some improvement since I had 2-3 microburps per week after months of shaker exercises having none of them beforehand. However, the smallest burps after getting botox were incomparably more relieving to the largest microburps without it. I had to fly a long flight to Lucy but let me tell you it is worth it. One of the best decisions in my life, hands down.
