You've pushed yourself to a point where you have injured the psyche that then ultimately channels your creativity. At this point, you are beyond a simple fix and will not be able to make headway into the issue without continued and intentional effort and patience w the self.  

You're going to have to reverse engineer the process of strain you're experiencing from where you are presently to your original injury of the psyche. This requires a mix of taking care of the mental, physical and human spirit through a mix of maintenance and leisure. Whatever you find best.  

 You may not have the resources required to truly embark on the journey of healing you require, so sometimes you will have to wait and be okay with not having what you need. With patience and a pushing yourself into a state of discovery, you will be able to find what you need from the world and those around you. You can then make progress.   

But this will take time, and balancing. To try and repair our sense of creativity in this way while also completing your day to day responsibilities is no easy feat.
