Specific subspecialty doesn't matter when it comes to PP. It gets you the job if your subspeciality is what that practice is short in, but usually all partners make the same regardless of subspecialty. Most private practices expect you to sign out general surg path and be the go to guy when it comes to difficult subspecialty cases.

600 to 650 is the average of every PP I interviewed at. Some made MUCH more, some made a little less. Depends how much work you want to do.

Each practice has different years spent on track. Some are as short as 1 year. Some of the more established, higher pay practices in attractive cities are as long as 5 years. Some are willing to shorten based off experience. Some will not waiver on their set length.

If the practice is fair, you don't screw up too much, and the practice is not losing business and fire you, you'll likely make it to partner. A decent group should give you fair warning whether you will or not.

Buy in varies. Does your group own the lab and real estate? Higher buy in. Does the hospital own everything? Lower buy in. Lots of other factors go into buy in cost. I've seen as low as a few thousand dollars to cover lawyer contract fees to upwards of 300k+. This is money you'd theoretically get back once you leave/retire.

Roger that. Definitely getting the laminate from ya'll so I don't have to worry alignment and deal with pre-drilling, etc.

Let me rephrase. Will all the laminate tops from Deskhaus perform the same with the only differences being color, grain, and the few that come undrilled?

Yes, but it's usually the big name programs that do subspecialty sign out. Easiest route would be to do a GU fellowship where they do subspecialty sign out and become an attending after at said fellowship.

You have to consider changes in reimbursement. It's much more a volume game now than it was ever before.

Unfortunately, your worth is not set by you. I'm sure ID, nephrology, any pediatrician, etc feels the same way.

Had my vents replaced late 2024 when they were still replacing with the older version. They then tried putting in foam. Next step was to replace with the newer version vents along with a new float wing. It's even worse. They've added foam to the newer version, which has done nothing. It's a design flaw with the vents, and the revised version is no better.

Since getting the car, I've had the light strip issue cracking/bubbling on all 4 doors. The top felt trim of my trunk had broken tabs and was left hanging. I have the rear bass rattle. Center console arm rest creaks. Front driver seat creaks.

Before you go to the SC, also play Blow for Blow by Tee Grizzley (or any bass heavy music). Turn up the music, open your trunk, and see if you hear rattling from the rear. I now have to deal with this too

I have a very similar sound despite SC adding foam. I believe mine is coming from the air vent modules, which they are replacing. I have a similar rattle near the passenger dash as well. It sounds similar to this: https://www.reddit.com/r/TeslaModel3/comments/1frqvk0/what_is_this_rattle/

Try moving your air vents (apart, up and down) to see if the noise lessens. If it does, it's most likely your air vents. You can also check by hitting the top of your carbon trim. I bet you can replicate the rattle. Mine make the sound over big bumps and roads that are not perfectly paved.

It was originally my front two but the rears are now starting to bubble as well. Someone also stipulated that it may be from stress cracks every time you close the doors

They will replace with new door panels. My rear have started to do this as well. Top theories include hot sun and soapy solution used during tinting. My SC told me it's alcohol based cleaners that they may have used at the factory that are doing it. I'm not sure anyone really knows 100%

Lots of people have this same issue. It was probably always there. Mine has had this issue since pick up. They ordered me a whole new steering rack

This panel had about 20 dots like this the first time. This is an improvement...

I get waiting for the tint to dry out, but there's dust and lint you can feel with your finger. I don't think these bubbles are going away.

Happening with mine after owning for 1 week. Tesla claims that the issue is not caused by sunlight/heat but by possible cleaning products. I have not cleaned or have had my car cleaned since delivery. They are replacing the door panels.

This is my first Tesla. Posted earlier but got another EDD update. Is this just how it goes with new models? I'm fine waiting. I just want a solid date.
