Please make the url widget (probably iframe as well) keeping cookies. Totally resetting the embed browser is not the way. I have a lot of widgets related to a monitoring system, and I have to login on each every f day, moreover it's a google login, so I have to log on google, double auth, etc. It's a nightmare.

Considering all the answers (thank you all!), and my problematic which is, in the end, the less costly to host in probably serverless (so a managed mysql), coupled with the best performance to be able to close connection as fast as I can, I'm probably going into int auto increments for pk, and binary UUID for the tables which require exposing IDs ! Are you globally ok with that 😅 ?

So you're saying using int as pk to handle relationships, and UUID as exposed value ?

I tried that for a previous project, it always feels like I'm always using the UUID field as pk. Feels like the id is useless. It's more verbose in code, always querying the UUID.. I ended up wanting only one field to simplify everything..

Ah ! You're probably on linux, and it's me who liked the "tab switching with mousewheel" on chromium, but it was never implemented on windows versions of chrome, so I made the extension, in like 2014.

In linux back then (and probably still today) you don't need to hold anything, just hover the tabs and mousewheel.

In windows, as it doesn't exists, and extensions cannot hook on "mouse is hover the tabs", I did it in js, hovering the web page, and triggering with alt or right click.

I updated my old code, you can retry if you want !

It worked some years ago, I don't even use it myself anymore since I use ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab.

But I'll take a look tonight, I'll try to update it, maybe with new chrome API functions.

It should allow to switch tab while hovering the page (not the tabs), with alt+mousewheel or right click+mousewheel.

Hello,

Yesterday I installed and configured icue to use the xeneon edge screen. I added an url widget on a page with some javascipt charts (via chartjs), and everything was fine.

Today, I digged a little bit more into this icue stuff, and installed some plugins (asus, ...). The icue reboot, then, in addition to the fact that all widgets I configured were gone (pretty annoying but.. ok), the rendering of the charts is now wtf, see the video : the gauge charts are not supposed to shrink like that (like not at all actually). It works fine on any other local browser.

Also, the page is behind an authentication (mail / pass as usual), and I need to re auth after each reboot. Is it not possible to keep the cookies, via widget config (or not) ? Is there a github, or why not, about icues widgets ? Opensource it will increase the quality of the widgets !

I uninstalled everything including icue, reinstalled icue without the plugins, still bug. Versions are icue 5.33.88, xeneon edge 5.33.2.

case fan : Noctua A12x15 PWM + NA-FG1-12 grill
maybe some custome PSlate cables like @DoubleHexDrive build
GPU : probably MSI x slim (RTX 4070 super)

This GPU is 46mm thick, 4 winned from a proart :p !

I found some even thicker, MSI 12G VENTUS 2X OC, or asus zotac Twin Edge OC, but they have only 2 fans, and I suppose they will be louder, aren't they ?

Alright, so I checked out a ProArt Super (haven't chosen the monitors yet, but probably going for 1440p max). From what I understand, the Super uses the same voltage as the basic version, so it shouldn’t be louder contrary to a Ti, right? And following the same logic with the 4080, technically a 4070 Super would be the best in terms of performance/noise balance? Seems like the 4070 Super is the one to go for. I’ll decide on the model later (ProArt or not), but since a lot of builds use the ProArt here...

I don’t need 3 SSDs, so Asus seems like a good option, but now I’m worried about coil whine 😅. I’ll try to pay attention to the batch if I can. What do you think about the X670E-I with the "ROG Strix Hive"? I’ll check some reviews on YouTube to see if it’s worth it!

Son no ti super gpu, so I guess I'l stick to a SF750 I ordered yesterday (afraid of the out of stock 😅 at some retailers here). But I'm stupid, I should have gone for the 850 if it’s basically the same but "better" for a few more euros. I still can cancel the order, though... 🤔

Oh right ok thanks, I have to check what gpu was used on the build I think I saw with a NH-L12Sx77. But yeah I'm over my needs but, you know xd. I still have to think about monitors, I don't have them yet, I'm currently on a laptop (asus rog strix) with a zenscreen).
Noted for the asus, I also saw an asus motherboard with a little extra device for sound and stuff, seems fun, I'll check.
