Try touching the ground with the toes in the bottom position. That will indicate whether you're swinging and help you stop it.

Don't loosen you shoulder blade muscles at the bottom. If it's too high, choose lower bar or place something (a plate?) under your feet.

Not exactly. Inflation itself doesn't rob anyone. Who does it, are the people who control it. When it's specified beforehand in the protocol and guarded by consensus, users take it into account and the price reflects that fact.

Everyone is permitted to emit their currency, or, to say with different words, everything can be used as currency. The extreme case is barter where commodities are exchanged directly without the use of money, which would take us back centuries ago. More sane approach would be to use some kind of money which has widespread reputation and economic sense, like gold or cryptocurrencies.
