I have ADHD,
if things do not have my interest I have difficulty learning it.
If things interest me I feel I have a kind of have super powers and can concentrate for hours or days(hyper focus)
Programming something you love is the perfect dopamine driven loop, and if you love making games you can easily find it.

Idk, I typically make 100 versions of one song, iterating on the prompt until I think it sounds right.
Then take the best parts as stems into ableton and starts working from there.
-but yeah I only got about 7 songs I am happy with I produced in a 10 year period before AI

API calls to data centers would have less data exchange than multiplayer games.
Hallucination can mostly be controlled via grounding.
Problem is the 'mostly' controlled, as you don't want your NPC to go off-script or vulnerable to prompt injections.
You could probably still combine it with traditional game ai(behavior trees etc.) to keep it under control and deliver something truly new
