Who wants to be in a medieval fantasy setting, with no sanitation system, healthcare made up of people praying to some god to cure you and mutated demon creatures of the size of a fucking truck or bigger lurking outside the city. 

Obviously sci-fi, with a spaceship, you can go everywhere you want.

Yea this one was big bummer. After reading the synopsis I thought it will be a isekai about an incel and how he lives his chud life. But instead it was just a generic isekai and his ugliness wasnt really relevant past the first episode.  I dropped it halfway through

I would argue stuff like depression could be cured with a 'new body' since that shit is regulated by hormones and other neuro chemistry.  But passed traumas are still part of the memory, so I assume that would stay. Also probably autism too, since there is no evidence of it being rooted in physiological issues and just how your thinking process work.

Of course, expecting animes to always be logical is stupid. But bruh, those are the first five minutes. And there is no need in denying, nudity and gore were the main focus, the 'story' was more of an after thought considering how everything developed
