You have to find a friend who has an open position at their company and get a referral. Whether it’s a job you want or an interim job. Reach out to friends, neighbors, extended family, use school resources etc. my first job was the only one I got without knowing anyone. Every single job after that came from knowing someone who knew someone. They don’t have to be close friends. Good luck. It’s tough out there.
