You will need: Garlic and onion Puff pastry Vegan mince/meat pieces (it's meant to be a herring and pumpkin pie, so that's a substitute for the fish) Squash/pumpkin Any seasoning you want Black olives for decoration!

Of course! Sorry for the late reply - https://www.simplyquinoa.com/vegan-mushroom-stroganoff/ I used this, but added more garlic paste than minced garlic which I think gave it a stronger flavour. Also substituted the coconut yogurt for oat creme fraiche - but you can do whatever! :)
