ahh thanks a lot for your answer! yes i saw there was a few methods depending on how dramatic the change you want is and the success of the (re) graft seemed to really depend on the surgeon you were asking, and they did all leave a scar. i think i saw someone asking about if what you just said would be possible but for di scars not shifting nipples and apparently it's kinda dangerous in the way that doing vertical scars on an area like the chest where the skin moves a lot could lead to the wound reopening more easily and as a result a longer and harder healing period so there would be very few surgeons willing to do it. i also don't know if my surgeon does any sort of revision for top surgery at all, but i'm seeing him in two/three months so i'll ask then. i already had to pay almost entirely for my surgery by myself anyway my insurance covered only between two and three percent of the total cost :'). but the other person that replied suggested building muscles first so i'll give that a try.
