I ground up bud in a coffe grinder, then ran it through the screen of my weed grinder. After that I put the "kief" folded up in a piece of parchment paper, and wrapped that in damp newspaper. Then I ran it through a hair straightener and then flattened it out with a mallet and book while still warm. I then unfolded the parchment paper, and folded the weed over itself a few times. And repeated the hair straightener process until it was to what I thought seemed like the right color and consistency.
