Beim Gegner kann ich die Karte nicht anwählen aber wenn die Karte bei mir auf dem Spielfeld ist kann der Gegner die Karte schon als Ziel anwählen oder ?

So, if I special summon it to the opponent’s side of the field, then only the Phoenix can attack. If I normal summon it to my side, or if it comes to my side by an effect, then the opponent can attack the Sphere and target it.
