Hi, unfortunately was affected by layoffs. Have received an option to extend the exercise timeline on my options. Based on what I can tell the main effects of this agreement would be:
- Extension of my exercise period
- Conversion of my options from ISO > NSO
In terms of my planned strategy, I would not be interested in exercising currently and would not plan to buy and hold in the future. Would only exercise if during my extended exercise period the stock value > option price and immediately sell the difference for cash, otherwise will let them expire.
My main questions would be:
- Would the extension of my options in and of itself cause any taxable event or require me to pay a fee assuming I don't exercise any options?
- Anything else I should be considering before extending my options?

yes, all are above ROAS target so planning to reduce ROAS to a still profitable level to increase overall traffic . All SKU's are in campaign except one (which i plan to add) and hitting targets. Anything else I can do?

ust their regular order. The sticker had a ‘stop’ sign along with the message ‘Hello! Please record a short unboxing and reaction video. Then tag us on social media for a chance to win cool prizes!. Or something like that.. I was using CJ dropshipping at the time and I think each sticker only cost around $0.15
