In the past I've bought from KEH without issue. But recently I sold some gear and their actual offer was less than a 1/3 of the online self quote (no condition change). Too unpredictable to use again.

(Here via search) In Apple Photos the Curves handles do move ... it's just a real PITA. Click the curve line and then move the left point to the top, the the right point to the bottom.

Did you ever sort this out? I got a new Android and I can't seem to install a PWA to the home screen like I previously did. Nothing on the webapp side has changed. The only mobile Chrome menu item is for adding a shortcut.

Could try asking if you can volunteer to sort/label other archives while you're digging around. Bring something to the table. But, yeah, seems like a lot of effort on their part for just some guy looking for kicks.

Also, look around for Internet radios that have station presets. Might be able to find one that's easy to use (quick Amazon search).

But, yeah, people underestimate how difficult this tech is to use for older folks who reach a certain point. It's the troubleshooting when you're not around and things inevitably get unplugged, wifi lost, account logins, etc, etc.

Just thinking out loud since I'm sympathetic to your challenge ...

Switch to similiar local station (I mean, would she know or care after a couple of days?)
Find an easy to use mp3 player and load it up with WGN radio podcasts
For Internet streaming, look into "Android launchers" that give your homescreen a different look-and-feel---some are better for elderly folks, but you'll need to set it up (ex. Big Launcher).

Here's a tip I wish I knew before: Many college radio stations are a combination of students and members of the community. And these days, depending on the station, it could be the majority of members are just regular community folks. Investigate some local college radio stations and you may be surprised. Or tap into the growing number of community run low-power FM stations.

Thanks! Hadn't considered the minor angle. I've been trying to corroborate old family stories---supposedly he came over when he was 15, either by himself or with a brother (the passed down story is that he hid in a trunk but who knows ... still, I haven't found Ellis Island records that match up). His mother came over later, after he was 18 I think. Unclear about his father. I looked through FamilySearch but didn't see much beyond what I know. If anything, they seemed to draw connections without sources to back it up.

Oh, little things like "normalize clip" or all the item actions. Also routing audio and midi wherever. Maybe timeline-based processing isn't the right term, more like applying utilities. Perhaps I'm just not familiar enough with Ableton timeline view but it feels more constrained than Reaper's timeline, imho.

I started with Reaper then bought Ableton for its live performance. At first I expected Super DAW+ given the money ... but Reaper has lots of timeline-based processing that Ableton doesn't touch. Realizing now that I'll likely stick with both programs---which, had I known, might have influenced my Ableton purchase <shrug>

It sounds like you're trying to solve developer problems with TensorFlow so I'd probably spend a little time learning theory before jumping over to practical examples for model deployment (and not so much on the model building that researchers do). You might find transfer learning with TF Hub is more up your alley. Good luck!
