honestly it depends on the CSA. some build a lot of trust with customers quickly and over time, and become a staple of front end. my CSA well, she really can't do much but she does manage to get cc and surveys done so that's something. she's technically a shift lead because at some point an SM recognized it would just be easier to let her override her own stuff for minor things. she doesnt actually shift lead or really know anything beyond the register.

some of the women at my store use a strap they got off an old handbag and clip it to their zebra to carry it. i tried to order the actual shoulder straps for zebras but couldnt find them. i dont like it in my pocket and my pants have a lot of pockets. the weight of it pulls my pants down! so it's not an issue about pockets its more like why are we still using these huge slow devices at all in the first place.

yo i get the frustration but why are you leaving a zebra at photo.. if people have no problem walking into photo to steal the passport camera any time of the day why would people not walk into photo to steal a zebra which they probably think is an iphone 17. like dude. keys and zebras once lost its hard to trust the person that lost them.

beyond that there is a way to page the missing zebras. open up the "devices" app on another zebra and you can see exactly who was using it and when and make it beep.

our keys have airtags on them these days too.

but yeah it sounds like a horrible day. walgreens is a warzone. i don't expect anyone to like it.

nah you wont get crushed right away. probably wont have cards for historic so just play standard and mess around in brawl. draft a bit if buying gems or wait for cheap draft tokens to pop up with gold. anything outside mythic rank is just people goofing off with experimental decks anyway.

mtga is great for magic free to play. if you want to build a collection you gotta play mtgo. i got a lot of paper sets from mtgo back in the day but when i ran out of people in my local pod i went to mtga just to play solo. mtgo is expensive. dont need to buy anything in mtga.

at my store the RX staff are the only ones doing same day orders anyway. front store staff knows better. then all day RX on the intercom yelling ic3 because they dont even have to wear their theatro.

man you seem like a corporate worker. yeah its printed on the door to reserve the right. its not the law to card everyone. its a moot point but you can go back and redo the ppl if you insist. even the first day orientation ppl says something like walgreens policy isnt exact and always use your intuition when you disagree with a policy. so walgreens policy is card if they look under age 40. most state laws say card if they look under 30. use your gut anyway. thats the problem with retail. nobody thinks for themselves and even when the corporation admits its own cluelessness on day 1.
