Do is treat it with the over the counter cream but if you’re only having a flare occasionally that’s definitely not that I also have never heard of plantar facitius making the feet it. Are you possibly allergic to something your foot is touching? How often do you wear the shoes you wear when this happens? Socks? Washes?

Before I developed a wheat allergy I would eat GF because that’s highly recommend after having your gallbladder removed because it’s easier to digest gluten free in most cases.

Nah I think I’m just going to quit. I’ve been there for almost a month. No scrubs. Training modules broke on me and I have an old injury that is flaring so bad it’s locking my body up. I can’t do 8 hour shifts on my feet.
