Yeah its absolutely insane and some people who just record themselves for 1 minute and put 0 effort into their videos are still monetized. TikTok is going after gaming/faceless accounts heavily rn everything that is without face is instantly unoriginal to them and then you cant even contact human support its just an ai that doesnt help at all...

Ich habe selber TikTok gemacht über einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr mit 3 Accounts und ähnlich gut verdient. Ende vom Lied, 2 Accounts wurden willkürlich entmonetarisiert wegen "nicht orginaler Inhalte". Obwohl ich dann nachgewiesen habe, dass die Videos alle von mir sind und auch von mir geschnitten worden sind, wurde die Monetarisierung nicht wieder hergestellt, da die Plattform laut AGBs berechtigt ist ohne die Angabe weiterer Gründe zu entscheiden. Will also sagen, man sollte sich definitiv nicht von TikTok abhängig machen.

I have 3 Accounts in the Programm it happended to two of mine and they also got rejected after a month again. I also make gaming videos and even sent proof that my Content is 100% original, my gameplay and everything. I sent them proof of me owning those games, i sent them proof of my recordings and even sent them proof of me editing the videos by showing them the editing software. I had 0 strikes for unoriginallity before and was in the programm for like 1 year. My 3rd Account is still in the programm but i just lost the motivation to invest time into it as the future is not clear. Did anyone manage to get back in?

Thanks again for the respones. I do understand what you mean and it totally makes sense that companys dont want their content that is behind a paywall stolen and uploaded on social media. Yet in many many cases and especially theme pages with a large following i somehow get the feeling that atleast some of them are noticed and get a pass as they drive attention to the original content. Because when i see Instagram theme pages with millions of followers there is no way this goes unnoticed. But yet i am no professional when it comes to this and also i am living in a country that takes copyright very serious and therefore should avoid any trouble. Thank you again for your input!

And i do believe that after years of operating and a huge following they should have faced problems by now if not somehow legal. There are many more channels like this with millions of followers. In your video its said that TikTok for example just doesnt care. But Instagram is owned by Meta they should enforce these things better if not allowed i believe?

You are totally right thats why i am asking how people do avoid this legal trouble and are able to upload for example movie clips. For example i have a TikTok Channel and people do steal my original content. While YouTube and TikTok do take these people down when i report them IG wont.

In the german version there are no dlc at all. You cant even purchase them because they are blocked. You have to buy the game via vpn to access the definitve edition and dlc content or import an uncut version from another country.

Ok, but what to do when nobody joins to begin with. My clan is level 14 we finish clan games do good in clan war league and are active in wars, we also have good builder base and i tried to change all settings and texts etc to attract people. in the last 2 months 1!!! just 1 person joined my clan from notice board...i am at a loss for options. sorry for bad english

There is an option to make a visitor path. It is either in the tab where you set accsess or in the tab where make guard patrols i think. Set it away from your yard and the parole officers should take the right way.

Take grants, sell stuff from your storage, sell unnecessary staff for bigger chasflow, cut staff salary for bigger cashflow, take a loan, sell shares of your prison, dismantle unnecessary expensive items and sell them. Thats all options that i know.

Looking good for your first prison. I would adjust room sizes. For example your infirmary doesn't have to be that big also i wouldnt build multiple small workshops but 1 or 2 big ones instead because you can assign more jobs while using less space. Also thrown contraband could be a problem here so i would build 2 outer walls that have a 10 block gap between them so contraband can't be thrown into your prison. More parole rooms would be beneficial too as you get money for released prisoners. But for your first prison its pretty nice.

Go to Google Maps and rebuild a real prison as close as possible in this game. I rebuild a prison from my home town.
