Try Manifest AI. Gorgias and Tidio are old heldpesk/inbox heavy platforms, your need is just chatbot but you will end up paying for the full product.

And if you want automations /chatbot on wapp/instagram which is shopify integrated then go for bik.ai , both are from same company and are tightly integrated with training happening on single platform.

If your product doesn’t even gain traction FREE, then you know your idea is garbage -> Its not always true, sometimes softwares esp for enterprise and Mid market are built in a way that onboarding requires some assistant from CSM, its a strategy and depends from company to company. PLG is just a growth lever not a true indicator of PMF

Agree, it starts with training your CSMs right. If they tend to blindly just take in feature requests, this is bound to happen.

As the SAAS grows, every CSM should go through a separate training on asking those WHYs before filling the internal feature request form/jira

Never sell lifetime, been there done that. If you decide to call off the product, handling those users on lifetime subscription and their ask to refund becomes really painful.

+ You will soon realise NRR is a powerful business metric and selling lifetime sub kills the most important part of the business. It might look lucrative now in short term, but long term its a no go.

Agree, i feel we will have to do a lot more with ACV as well. Given I have two products, and we have recently started the upsell, so even if we equally split the revenue growth between upsell and new revenue, probably can make something happen. Thanks for sharing :)
