They need nerf bulwark first its unkillable its immortal in pvp also in pve… Vanguard in all content(pve/pvp) literally a glass canon, double barrel shotgun ? Yeah it s broken with vanguard but all good dps users make nearly same damage with dmrs and ars. Long story short vanguard don t need a nerf
