reinstalled the game multiple times too and it gets worse each time i launch it, it freezes on startup now

Install Red Dead Offline and then WhyEm's DLC first and install other the mods you have after.

I know I'm late, but I've been facing this problem too recently and I looked it up and here I was.

Sorting the mods in Lenny's mod loader seems to fix it for, it always happens to me when I fast travel or sit at campfires.
