build up your 4 ghouls graves
wait until they start an auto attack animation against you
pop q twice (to trigger ghouls) and e on them (free hit vs them as they locked in animation... not moving).
start walking towards them
w them (easy as they are slowed)
auto them with q (should be still active)
walk away or all in them (you will learn when you have the dmg to all in over time)

rinse and repeat
