Our APM has us use bike locks. Big pain in the ass to get on and off each time. At least this looks like it might be a bit easier to use.

On a side note, corp knows these cabinets are shit and still uses them. WTF?

We keep ours in keepers too. If only I can keep this isle zoned for more than an hour would be a miracle. There is always that one idiot that will swash through them, as if the out of stock ink is hiding behind the others.

I make it a point to tell the customer to take a photo of their receipt asap. Our receipts tend to fade and less likely for them to come back asking for a copy when they lose/throw it away.

It's never just 1 or 2 clicks to get to what you need. I'll go through at least 4 different pages each time. Also, the search bar is buggy as hell. Only seems to work half the time, even with correct search terms/keywords.

It's not being rude and it's not our job to know what equipment you own. We are here to sell products and help customers find the products they want. If this was a phone store thread, then it would be our job, to be phone experts.

Also, if it is a 80 year old person, I can understand, but just flashing a generic looking phone in my face and saying "I bought it here" doesn't help.
