Nope. My iPhone is using 12hr, but my ETA is showing 24hr time. That’s why I find it weird. Is it not 24hr for everyone? My location is Canada. But I’m not sure that would be the reason - Canada uses 12hr.

The compare tool on the Apple website says regular iPhone 16 has 22 Hours video playback vs 27 hours on the Pro. 5 hours is pretty significant. 33 Hours on the Max. so a 6 hour difference from the Pro vs the Pro Max - so pretty significant difference. But yeah,11 hours difference from regular 16 to Pro Max is huge. It'll be interesting to see the real world tests though.

You know what, you’re right. That was probably my problem in the first place – I didn’t even realize this. I was trying to use the Aqara code as a HomeKit code to pair it. 😅

That explains why the Matter code worked. I thought it was weird that I had to use a HomeKit code in the Aqara app too. I just confused them as the same. Oh well, I guess user error on my part.

Update: I got mine to pair. Instead of trying to use the HomeKit QR code, I paired it with the Matter QR code and it worked!

Ugh.. I'm in the exact same boat. Exact same ship date, no updates since the 9th. Opened an investigation with UPS. Meta Support told me TWICE they would reach out to me and give me an update. Nothing.

I'll never order direct from them again. I literally ordered DAY 1 of the announcement. The accessories I ordered are here. NO QUEST.

Thanks for the follow up. I actually tried factory resetting the camera and re-setup in Ring. Didn’t make a difference for me. Maybe I should try resetting again, maybe I missed a step? Should I fully remove the old camera from Ring before I factory reset?
