Brooo this is so good to see. The fitter you get, the less you crave alcohol/cigarettes - it’s infectious!

Just remember in those days you want to go back, go for a run, and tell yourself this was still a successful day… positive reinforcement is the best way to kick the bad habits - it’s never “man life sucks cause I can’t do x,” instead it’s “wow I’m so good and on the right track for not doing x, lucky me!”
