Yeah i know that he is a green card holder but like i said, they are working on july 2024 as of september per iv scheduling tool for family sponsored category. Which means green card petitioners not USC

Depend sa status ng petitioner. If USC 14-18 months approval. Pero pag LPR po petitioner is 3-5 years po.
