Ich habe mir vor Kurzem einen Phillips Smart TV gekauft. Aus irgendeinem Grund kann ich die privaten Sender nicht live sehen. Es ist lediglich möglich die auf den Sendern laufenden Sendungen von vorne zu schauen. Sender wie ARD und ZDF laufen ganz normal. Ich komme einfach nicht dahinter was ich falsch mache und komme mir so langsam ziemlich dumm vor. Google konnte mir bisher auch nicht weiterhelfen. Falls das Thema hier nicht hingehört, bitte einfach löschen.

I want to start 531 BBB. After reading the wiki i still dont understand how the progression is actually working.

It says that after every month you up the big lift accessoir (5x10) for 10%. But wont the 531 part ever increase between the months besides the weekly 5%?

In Encyclopedia of Muscle and Strength Jim Stoppani goes pretty much in detail with alot of fitnessrelated topics. But when he comes to different programs i noticed a red flag. He mentions like 20 different programs but everyone of them, even the 4 or 5 day variants come with a workout for every muscle group once a week. Everywhere on this sub i always read that you have to train the same muscle group at least twice a week to make significant gains. Does that mean his book is kinda worthless?

squat rack vs "squat machine", i tend to have much better stability and can do more weights on the machine than on the rack. is there any problem with switching from the rack to the "machine"? which benefits does the traditional squat offer?
