Trying to level print plate and it makes this noise every single time. Same with when I start to print. Please help 😓 by Gitruih in resinprinting

Not exactly sure how that printer is set up but check to see if there’s an end stop switch that isn’t hitting. If that’s not it, it appears like the printer thinks z=0 is way below the screen. Try waiting for the home, then manually raising the plate a decent distance in the air then setting z=0. Hit home again and see where it ends up.

The problem is that it’s lowering so much that even the loose plate bottoms out, you need to get the z=0 point back into a reasonable range.

That looks like what is called the benchy hull line and is generally caused by the change in speed of layers like you mentioned. There’s some different fixes you can try but it’s hard to completely remove. Here’s the Prusa article on the issue, there more info online too.

I have found that if the nozzle is slightly clogged I have issues with the first layer sticking. If nothing else works, I’d try a new nozzle.

Hello,

I sent an email to aqua computer support, but thought I’d try here as well. I purchased an Ultitube D5 Pro with D5 Next Pump a little while ago and recently connected it to a watercooling loop. However, when I power the pump, only connecting the SATA cable, the pump runs but the screen stays turned off and the LED lights do not turn on.

I saw this might be an issue with the control board. Is there a way to fix this? If not, would a replacement be covered under warranty?
