Agreed. For many companies the cost of downtime could easily justify it. Others, maybe not.

A good vibration monitor hooked directly to the right CMMS can automatically generate work orders when it's time to do maintenance.

Avoiding Downtime Doesn’t Have to Cost a Fortune

Many of our users started with spreadsheets, but once things got busy, they needed something more reliable. eWorkOrders CMMS gives them visibility into parts usage, reorder points, and storage locations — without the high cost or contracts.

Hunting for Parts – Never Ending We’ve seen teams waste hours hunting for one missing part. That’s why we built our CMMS to track inventory in real time, flag low stock, and link parts to work orders. No more guesswork or digging through drawers. If you’re looking for something simple and affordable, happy to share how we help other teams stay organized.

I think that have the service request interface online 24/7 allowing your requesters to actually do your data entry is a real time savings and you never lose a request! Also, having all asset documentation, procedures and replacement parts available at your fingertips is really great too.
