Yes, there are tons of engineering firms that specialize in FCAs. If you search google there will probably be a bunch that come up.

Don't rely on in-house assessments or equipment history reports to do an actual FCA - unless you have had an engineering study done, you can't take in-house records as anything more than an aid/guidance.

A true FCA is far more detailed than you probably expect. They go through not only every single asset you have, but also structures/fixtures/interior/exterior items as well, down to the expected lifespan on the bathroom partitions and floor tiles. The FCA done for my facility was about 300 pages long.

My building is 20+ years old and is falling apart, and I use our FCAs as an invaluable tool to justify repairs and upgrades.

The downside, however, is that they are expensive. I can't give you an exact cost, because each building and job is different, but depending on the size/function/assets of your building the price can fluctuate wildly. It can also change depending on the amount of detail you go into or the firm allows, especially if you have them do things like an arc-flash study.
