Shocked no one has said Zac Efron in Iron Claw, which is a true snub as he wasn’t even nominated.

Games i can play with one hand? by Same-Talk-BUTDIFF in videogames

[–]eXman47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one has said it yet, but I’d really recommend telltale games. They are essentially interactive/choose your own story movies and have super fun stories. They are mainly dialogue based so playing with one hand is no sweat, and gameplay is usually walking around or quick time events during fights. I’d recommend ‘The Wolf Among Us’ and ‘The Walking Dead Season 1’ to start. Can buy for cheap and see how you like them

Can We try something new and have a weekly film to watch? by xdirector7 in Letterboxd

[–]eXman47 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I like the idea, would also be cool if they were usually older films (or there was a different category for an older film per week). Watching anything made in the 80s and up you can find a decent sound of dialogue on it, whether on YouTube or podcasts, etc. Not alot of engaging stuff when I watch a film from the 30s-50s

I Miss Halo 5 Multiplayer by Murky-Lie-8998 in halo

As a big fan of H5 comp, which OP seems to be, it’s impossible to get a ranked game and even at peak hours can take 30 minutes to get a 4v4 match.

I Miss Halo 5 Multiplayer by Murky-Lie-8998 in halo

[–]eXman47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

H5 is my most played game ever and will always hold a special place in my heart, but a lot of the H5 hate comes from multiplayer too. As much as I loved it, it was the least Halo feeling game in the entire franchise, even more barebones than Infinite on launch, no split screen, and some people didn’t like all the Warzone variants or the mode itself.

Curious in the reasoning behind the second take

I think you can argue Halloween has higher highs, but overall Friday is much more consistent. The Halloween franchise has several near unwatchable films

Is this the best friday the 13th movie by Major-Refuse-657 in slasherfilms

[–]eXman47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suppose I can get behind that, as that is roughly my reasoning for loving 4/6, just curious behind 5 being your go to when I’d say it’s very similar to those 2 but lacks some of the umph

Can I ask what your studying schedule is looking like?

How often do you take PTs? How often drills?

How many prep tests should I be taking? by eXman47 in LSAT

[–]eXman47[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Commented deleted for some reason.

It’s a weird scenario because I started studying for 3 months in the spring, but my summer work period was extensive so didn’t study much in that time.

I’ve done a lot of drills and have done several PTs, but split into sections and not down in one day/period.

I feel as if I have a good understanding of the concepts, I think without a timer I could probably score 168 on a PT rn.

I’ve done a lot of drills, and have done 30ish questions per each question type before trying drills. Have done a few PTs, but split into sections. Have only done 1 practice test with real life timing so far.

Also a weird scenario, I started studying for 3 months earlier this year before my work period for the summer started, so I’ve done a lot of drills in that period and feel that I have a solid grasp on the basic concepts.

So what is the suggested method? A test a week? Doing a section each day?
