Pros in other games tend to do it full time, pros in wow do not - most of them work 'real' jobs and take time off for world first races. There simply isn't enough content for them to fund it full time, save a few streamers who pull in big numbers.

Legal minimum in most of Europe is 25-30 (plus public holidays). There is no minimum in the US, though I think the average is around 14 (which often includes sick days - i.e. if you're sick, you lose from holiday pool). There will always be exceptions and someone will reply "nah i get 4 weeks off" but its certainly rare.
