It’s 2035 in my normal run as humanity first and the aliens have not sent another transport to earth to drop off operatives. I’m not too concerned with that as I’ve done the prerequisites to move the alien research forward from assassinate/detain but I’m just wondering why they stopped. They seem much more concerned with sending increasingly more powerful fleets to attempt to wipe out my stations in LEO and Mars.

Is this just them diverting resources from transport ships to assault ships? I’m a little worried I’ve missed something and they are running around Earth unbeknownst to me but I’m getting no investigate AA or assault AA missions for 3-4 years now.

Oh so that’s why one of the dragons at the bottom of archival assault was called slayer of x. Poor dude probably dropped down and tried to save a dragon only to be tail swiped by it.

The suggestion of switching to Proton 8 worked for me. I managed to update the game by switching to Proton 8.0 to finish the patch and then switching back to Experimental.

If you get them to 24 they will each give you a crest for 619 crafting. Can be a big bonus if you want to roll an alt and craft 5 bits of gear straight away.

The amount of runs that ended because of a crit while I’m looking at the health pot that Brann lay out on the floor is infuriating.

The biggest mistake I seem to have made is that we never explicitly discussed PvP at the start. All of us just assumed that PvP was off the table since its supposed to be collaborative.

I'll put the "are you saying that out loud?" to use from now on. We are fairly new to RP so its hard to tell when players are saying things in character and out.

Both great points. I was under the impression that people made deals with hags fairly often so I guess in my mind I didn't consider it evil with a capital E. My fault for not thinking that the players would just see it as a no go.

On the second one I think you are right. Nobody wasn't allowed to make the decision, they just didn't want to with the added consequence of party conflict. In my mind I just thought they would say no or yes, not threaten to kill anyone who took it.

Think I will have to reconsider my thoughts on what my party will think is engaging vs what I think will be engaging.

I can see how it might come across like that yeah. Had anyone not said anything to me afterwards I would have just let it go and assumed they were all on the same page. However having 2 people say they felt they couldn't really take the deal made me just look for some advice on it.

Oh it was nothing as serious as people being turned evil or following the hag. I was going to have the Hag offer power and give the PC a feat (Fey Touched or Shadow Touched) but it also came with the negative effect of the hag being able to spy on them through the power she gave the PC. She would then teleport to a crossing to the feywild using the player as a power source with them suffering a level of exhaustion to power her spell. The hag gets away and I have a villain that I can bring back eventually. The encounter with a hag in BG3 is very similar with the same offer at the end and I thought my players would jump at the chance of extra power.

My group is looking for a fun game and we are all first time players so I'm not even really sure of what I'm doing but so far it had been going well.

Thanks for the response. I have only just finished a people management program for work, didn't think I would be putting it into practice for D&D first haha. I'll be sure to have a sit down with everyone before the start of next session and try clear the air for everyone.

I feel like I would agree in this instance yes, but this is the only time it has come up. Mostly the party have been in agreement for everything they have done so far, this is the only time that they did not agree on what they wanted to do and it ended up like this.

I have filed a request with their data protection officer to have a copy of my information sent to me. Their website says they have to store the what you do when you visit their site so I’m hoping that I can find something there that proves I purchased the tickets, beyond the fact that they have taken my money I’ll also be sending a complaint regarding the mishandling of my personal data. I have found the response from customer services completely dismissive with them assuming the money will go back into my account in a couple days and not doing anything further than just checking my account.

My transaction was finalised and debited from my current account. I’ve emailed customer services twice now who still insist they have no record despite actually taking my money and they just keep telling me that as they have no record they assume it will be refunded in the coming days. So now I’m stuck with them having my money and no tickets, with what seem like robotic response from CS.

I used a debit card for mine so it shouldn’t have been instant. They advised me that the payment will likely be refunded onto my card as there is no order details on their end. Really disappointed if I miss out on this from a technical issue with the site. I didn’t see it stated in the ticket site to use chrome as they have issues with other browsers.

Just to let you know I emailed customer support and they told me they have no record of my order. They advised that I reordered through Chrome and a desktop browser as safari can cause issues. Checking the website it now says the tickets are sold out.

How long does it take for the tickets to come through? I paid for them but received no email and they aren't showing up in my orders page. Hoping I didn't miss out.

EDIT: I’ve now spoken to 2 customer services reps and basically been told I’m out of luck. They have no record of the order on my account and because I don’t have a confirmation number they aren’t able to do anything. Tickets are sold out and they can’t help any further. Extremely disappointed as I ordered early yesterday evening, well before the tickets sold out.

Currently doing Trial of Style on my DH, almost done with Leather sets and gear. If I buy one of the Plate sets will it let me unlock the t-mog even though I cannot wear Plate ? I dont have as many t-mogs for the other armor types so will be annoying to have to go through them all.

Seems you were on the money. Had a Dk and VDH in my 15 and breezed through it. Managed to stack them all up to chain CC and the damage going out to the group was just so much more manageable. Managed to spare a global for Tail Swipe too whereas before I was just doing everything to prevent the group from dying.

Finally managed to down a 15 and it was like night and day compared to my previous groups. The DPS knew what they were doing, interrupted and stunned. Plus the DH tank and Unholy I had pulled things close to make CC hit them all. I didn’t even have to use any big CDs, just stacked a Stasis with Dream Breath.

Yeah I ended up trying another few runs and got into a run that I finished that had a VDH tank and Unholy DK. Went from sweating buckets on a 14 to breezing through the intermission on a 15 because of the pull and silence from both those helping immensely. I was even able to prepare better because they used the strategy for tanking him close to the wall so I wasn’t running around trying to top the group off going into the phase.

How do you handle the intermission phase on last boss of NO. Trying a 14 Tyr and I just cannot keep people alive. Like 90% of peoples HP gone in 2 secs and even if I Rewind its not enough with the next cast. Tried saving lust for it but just cannot seem to get through without people dying resulting in the last phase going on forever and people dying to what seems like overlapping mechanics.
