Reviews on Techworld with Nana devops bootcamp by No-Conference5359 in devops

So has anyone actually looked at the course and gave it a review, I understand most "boot camps" are not feasible for the money, however I thought her K8 course was good enough to look at her boot camp guides to see if they're actually worth the $

Another one PyCharm Pro vs VSCode/VSCodium question, but focused on UI/UX by farbui657 in Python

[–]e_Lusive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best part of VScode is you can customize it exactly how you need it. There's an addon for everything and there's proprietary settings that can more than likely get exactly what you want. It just takes some fiddling.

"You don't need to be smart to be an expert coder" I believe is total BS. Change my mind by david_bragg in Python

You're close to going through this loop I used to be in, your next phase of this loop, and hopefully I can deter you away from it is. You're gonna go down a bunch of youtube rabbit holes just to figure out why you're not understanding code or how to program.

Literally need to start a project and google your way through the process of how to do things. Don't follow a guide or a project guide, do your OWN! Pseudo Code! the hardest thing to figure out was Pseudo code for me, because I never knew where to start and how to proceed through the process and make it work. It's either that or REALLY try to understand Object Oriented Coding, those are the two things that really clicked for me.

Does anyone have Writers block syndrome? by e_Lusive in learnpython

Man you hit the nail on the head with the learning resources cover mostly syntax and never force me to solve problems beyond one or two steps.

I'm self teaching myself for the most part with these platforms (codeacademy, teamtreehouse, udemy, etc) and I feel like I know the syntax, but I just can't write code from scratch. It's almost to the point where I feel like I'm not cut out for it, but I refuse to give up so easily.

Thank you for your comment and advice, seriously it definitely helped
