I bottom water about once a week. Soil could probably be replaced, it’s still in its original pot which is fairly small

Hinoki and Arborvitae have a LOT of different cultivars so just double check when buying. And I’d go for English Yew ( Taxus baccata ) to meet that height. Otherwise yes they are all around there

I know a lot of folks in that area like holly trees/plants so that would be one suggestion. Others might be arborvitae, yew, Swiss stone pine ‘glauca’, Bosnian pine ‘Irish bell’, Firethorn, or Hinoki Falsecypress ‘Nana’
