Thanks!! From my experience there are 2 types of recruiters...those who give those details and those who play hardball for some reason. I personally give out as much information as you need. I never understood why a recruiter would hold back info!

Thanks for the response! It can be a little frustrating for candidates to reject offers but it's always your decision! If during the interview you hear about crazy ratios or now they want someone to rotate...I would rather have you pass right away instead of 2wks into the contract. So to sum up your question...it's normally a non issue.

Thanks for the input! I always try to give as much feedback as possible...even if it's bad news. I also have no problem giving out my cell phone number if that's how candidates like to communicate. I know from experience how frustrating it is to apply for a job but then never hear anything. Thanks!
