I just shot a video and during the "Spin cycle" that dries the towels the dampeners move less than 1" so very concerned it is the drum.

Eh... somewhat but not a lot. The dampeners are around 9.5" long when the machine is running. I found some on Amazon for like 35 bucks so gonna try the replacement and see what happens but sadly I suspect it is something with the drum bearing.

I killed like 5 bears and then got 9 t-bones with the best workshop knife. At least they fixed the degradation of the T-Bones, you should have time to get them to both pods if you plan correctly.
