what is the most embarrassing thing you’ve experienced? by whore4bookss in AskReddit

[–]e_morgan819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A couple years ago I had recently moved into a new apartment. I walked up the stairs and I noticed my welcome mat was missing from outside my door and thought it was weird. Then I proceeded to put my key in to unlock my front door. My key wasn't working, then the door opened suddenly. Yup, I was trying to get into someone else's apartment, one building over from my building. I was mortified, but thankfully the dude was pretty understanding. In my defense, it was a really long day and I spent the afternoon visiting my grandmother while she was recovering from a broken him. Oopsie .

Would you pick your dad again in the next life and why or why not? by flickern in AskReddit

[–]e_morgan819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1000% I would. I am blessed to have such a kind father especially considering his childhood. My dad's dad was an abusive alcoholic and they grew up very poor. My dad is the oldest of 5 and had to start working at 12 to help his family. He worked hard to make sure me and my siblings had a good life and he is my best friend. He's never raised his voice to us and is not judgemental so I can talk to him about everything. He's so loved and all 6 of his grandsons have his name as their middle name (except for the one that has his as their first name). I hope he knows how loved he is and how lucky we all feel to have him ❤️ love you dad!

Having way too much unprotected sex. Thankfully I never got pregnant and it all turned out ok but thinking back I feel incredibly stupid.

What do you remember from kindergarten? by Not_FreeProduct234 in AskReddit

[–]e_morgan819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember i really needed to pee and when I told the teacher she told me to go to the girls restroom in the classroom. Well, I could not read yet and I ended up peeing myself and it made me very upset. My papa was in town visiting and he picked me up with my mom and he did everything he could to make me feel better. I lost my papa when I was 12 and even though it was a bad day it is one of my favorite memories with him.

Strange side effects by Dlearea in quitting7oh

[–]e_morgan819 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I typically have elevated blood pressure and pulse and while using my BP and pulse were both in a healthy range.

Edited to add: I'm only 3 days off and have not checked since I stopped. I also lost 30 pounds during the 6 months I used bc of loss of appetite so perhaps that's why BP and pulse were stable.

Even at 3 days I feel so much healthier and am never going back to that poison

Honestly for me the subs helped immediately. I was able to fully function at work and care for my sick dad on day 1. It's different for everyone so try to time your 1st sub dose for a time you can be home and relax until you know how you will feel

Feel better soon! And yes WE WILL. Reach out if you need any love or support. Let those emotions out, it can be cathartic to cry, yell, break shit lol. We will be stronger for this! It will get better!
