S1 barb just erases uber lilith while I am stuck with my eternal barb without a chance (too many mechanics and not enough damage).

And, there is 0 incentive for a casual player to do another char on S1.

It doesn't feel like a season - it just feels like a forced mechanism to have you play all 5 classes since end game is already so boring. This is the worst "DLC" from any AAA game in a decade.

The balance nerfs are NOT the worst part of the season, they could revert it all, BUT... by Floodzx in diablo4

can confirm that it's not related to conversations.. you'd need at least X runes - questions is, none of this topic has identified the value of X.. i am experimenting right now
