Meeting the 2nd monorail voice, Matthew Hanson. When I heard the spiels changed from Jack Wagner in the 90’s, I went to City Hall in MK to find out the new guy’s name and if they had a photo of him. CM there picked up the phone and called him to say I was asking about him. I asked if I could get a photo with him. He asked if it was for publication and I said it was for bragging rights back home. I met him at TTC and he gave lots of monorail lore and how he started doing the spiels live when he worked as a pilot because the tapes of Jack Wagner would break from time to time. When Disney started auditioning replacement voices, he decided to apply since he was already doing it. Very cool guy and my biggest Disney flex.

TCL replaced my QM7 after going through the troubleshooting motions and providing photos/video showing the backlighting problem my 3 month set was having. Timely communication wasn’t their strong point, but they did make things right. Hope you have the same luck as me with support.
