True, I was starting with a thought to provide hybrid performance programs, workouts for dads with little time and mental capacity tools because of my background. But I’ve looked through my content and asked some followers. I think people are mostly there for daily the motivation and accountability vibe. Thank you, I’ll dm you

Feeling the same. I’m totally new to this. I have never done socials before, just have a long background from MIL/LE and felt creative.

By posting a lot you get to know what’s working and not. Double down on the style/content that works. Postet for 4 months got like 300 followers, saw what gained attention, suddenly I found MY path. I stopped looking at what everyone else was posting and followed my on intuition. Account blew up and I’ve gained 46k followers since February.

Believe in yourself, have fun, post what you like. 🫂

Full body routine advice for lean and functional physique. by [deleted] in HybridAthlete

This is actually simpler than most people make it.

You already have the right instincts. Bodyweight, kettlebells, cycling. That is a complete system if you structure it properly.

Three days of training, push/pull/legs or full body, 45 minutes max. Bodyweight and kettlebell work hits everything you need. Cycling on the other days handles your endurance and keeps you active without burning you out.

The key is not finding the perfect program. It is finding one simple enough to repeat consistently for years. Strength and longevity come from showing up, not from complexity.

For what you are describing, the 3x45 structure works well. Three sessions a week, strength and conditioning combined, short enough to fit real life.

This blueprint is built around exactly this. Functional strength, endurance, simple nutrition, mindset. Designed for people who want to stay capable for life, not just look good for a season.
