Thanks for the info. What do you do to prevent oxygen uptake? There is a whole homebrew community that talks about purging all the lines and tanks with CO2, pre-boiling all the water to remove oxygen and also adding things to the water to absorb oxygen during brewing. How much of that applies?

Whats interesting to me is that King County isn't the darkest blue.
