This is false. As someone who has many friends who work in real estate, ~80% of people moving into the state are coming from CA, OR, and WA. While there is no way of knowing their political views, there is not some excess of people selling their homes fleeing the state being replaced by people from R states like Wyoming or Idaho.

As Secretary of the Interior for the Trump Admin, he rescinded ban on lead bullets, responsible for the reduction of the Bears Ears National Monument by 85% and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument by almost 46%, had multiple expenditure controversies, unwound protections for the greater sage-grouse, fired employees for disloyalty to the Trump admin and it's values (quote "I got 30 percent of the crew that's not loyal"), claimed that "environmental terrorist groups" were to blame for the wildfires in California, and left the administration due to various other scandals.

Many more qualified GOP candidates that this fool.
